My speaking dates are coming up! I'm really excited to be offering these free workshops locally. If you aren't local, you can join via Zoom on the library presentation on September 29th!

My speaking (and apparently, question time) is one hour for the library. The October date at Specific Health Massage in Sun Prairie will have more wiggle room on time. I'm packing a lot of great information into this short workshop time we get together, so consider coming to learn a lot about what might be going wrong and making you feel terrible.
